Her legal career has seen her in the courtroom in multiple roles—as criminal defense counsel and prosecutor, plaintiff's counsel and insurance defense attorney, trial lawyer and supervising attorney. That breadth of experience provides an uncommon perspective on how lawyers, clients, insurers, and decision-makers assess risk.
As a neutral, she brings that perspective to the table without bringing a predetermined point of view. The goal is not simply to move parties toward agreement, but to help them realistically evaluate their positions, identify the issues that matter, and find a practical path toward resolution.
